The Clinical Research Unit (CRU), part of UT Southwestern’s Office of Clinical Research, is an institutional resource for investigators designed to support the safe and ethical conduct of research while enhancing the research experience for study participants. The CRU provides a set of standard, cost-effective services to supplement resources provided through investigators' own departments and clinics.
The CRU staff is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and employing best practices for research procedures to ensure each protocol is managed efficiently and accurately. The CRU strives to be the gold standard of research on campus, providing high-quality, cost-effective research resources and services that facilitate superior translational research outcomes.
