We use Chromium Next GEM Single Cell Fixed RNA Sample Preparation Kit. 1000495 Chromium Fixed RNA Kit, Mouse Transcriptome. 1000418 Chromium Next GEM Chip Q Single Cell Kit. Customer provide fixed RNA sample and core will prepare libraray and perform sequencing.

• Input 8-10k single cells or nuclei per sample
• Target about 300M sequening reads per sample
• Sequenceing on XP S4 PE150 NovaSeq6k  
• Deliver Raw FASTQ files

Chromium Single Cell Immune Profiling provides a multiomic solution to profile gene expression as well as immune repertoire on same single cell. It analyzes full-length V(D)J sequences for paired B-cell or T-cell receptors along. This assay prepares total of three libraries per sample, which includes gene expression, TCR and BCR libraray. We deliver about 400Million sequences per sample with PE150 chemistry on NovaSeq6k. We deliver raw FASTQs, Cell Ranger pipeline outputs and loupe broweser files for primary data visualization.
